Section 27-799

  §  27-799  General  requirements. All heating and combustion equipment
that is fired with solid, liquid, or gas fuels and that  is  subject  to
the   provisions  of  this  code,  including  all  rubbish  burners  and
incinerators, shall comply with the requirements of  the  air  pollution
control code.
